Minimal Power [Metapsionic]
You're not giving your best, but it's of little effort to you.Benefit: To use this feat, you must expend your psionic focus. This feat can only be applied to powers which are augmentable. The power with this feat applied is at its minimal un-augmented state, at minimum manifester level, and cannot be augmented. However, the cost of the power is reduced by 2 (to a minimum of 0). Using this feat does not increase the power point cost. You cannot apply other metapsionic feats to a minimal power.
Example: You use a minimal energy ray but can only deal 1d6 damage, and no further than 25 ft range. It costs 0 pp.
