Minor Breath [General]
It was more of a soft cough than a breath weapon, but it burned all the same.Prerequisites: Breath Weapon that deals hp damageBenefit: You may use your breath weapon at will with no cooldown (even if your breath weapon is on cooldown) but it has half the range and deals minimum damage.
Example: Your 10d6 cone of fire out to 60 ft becomes 10 fire damage out to 30 ft.
