The ground here is sick, something deep below has poisoned it.

You gain a sense of the condition of the natural world out to the same range as Scent, though it can "smell" into the ground and other natural solid obstructions. You innately are able to determine if the surrounding terrain or flora are healthy, sick or poisoned, struggling (such as due to poor conditions), or dead or otherwise infertile or unable to sustain life. It doesn't tell you the cause of this, but you can try to pinpoint the source if it is in the range of your pseudo-Scent as a move action.

It has no effect concerning man-made structures and materials.

You gain an +6 insight bonus on Heal checks against creatures of the Animal, Fey, or Plant type.
