Parry and Counter [Fighter] For every strike you block you must strike back again! This is the first law of swordboarding!Prerequisites: BAB +1 or Combat Expertise or Combat Reflexes or Improved Shield BashBenefit: Each time your opponent misses a melee attack and you have enough reach to hit it, you may spend one attack of opportunity (if you still have one) to make a single attack against that opponent, with your highest bonus -2 and using the hand that you didn't used to block. If you have Combat Expertise, your AC bonus from the feat counts as a shield bonus for the purpose of Parry and Counter; if you have Combat Reflexes, you may make additional counters as you may make attacks of opportunity; if you have Improved Shield Bash you may use the shield to perform the counter. Special: The counter-attack doesn't count as an attack of opportunity for the purpose of interacting with other feats or features. You must have some kind of physical shield bonus, such as from a shield or a defending weapon.
