Persistence in Death [General] Nevertheless... he persisted...Prerequisites: Con 13, DiehardBenefit: If you die, your death may be delayed a number of rounds equal to your Con modifier as a non-action. While in this supercritical dying state you are staggered but otherwise can act. You will not perish from additional hp damage or death effects, but effects that transmute you (such as into stone or ash) still function. No matter how much you are healed, your death is inevitable and occurs when the duration is up. Example: The fighter is struck dead with a finger of death, but continues to fight for another 6 rounds due to his Con score before dropping dead.
