Heroic god of freedom, liberation, and battle, Spira encourages creatures to do the impossible and kick reason to the curb, exceeding their base limitations and evolving into something better. The idea that things are limited is a myth, an illusion he dispels through heroics and encouraging others to follow his lead or die trying. Even those which do not muster the energy to break their bonds are honored for attempting, and will join the wills and hearts of his community, allies, and friends to strengthen them.

Origin[edit]

After the war of Law and Chaos, Law dominated and brutally suppressed the aspects of chaos in all their forms. One unformed divine spark saw law binding the chaos into fixed, solid frames and the pain they were in and had pity. It reached forth and touched an innocent chaotic spirit and gave it the strength to fight against it's lawfully fixed frame. Knowing that a full return to chaos was impossible, and perhaps unwelcome, it also knew that a world of pure law was not what was needed either. And thus it became its crusade against law. In the ages which followed and the lines of Good and Evil formed, it took on the mantle of good, fighting both the aspects of law which would not play nice, and demons who sought to destroy even the fabric of the universe.

Description[edit]

Spira appears as a proud man with a huge toothy grin and what appears to be orange W-shaped shades. He rarely wears a shirt and is known for possessing a large flowing red cape. His actions and behavior are well known for being completely over the top, and he is a fan of dramatic entrances, speeches, and other sorts of activities even in more mundane times.

Dogma[edit]

Do the impossible and kick reason to the curb! Do not suffer oppression and limitations. You will find a way to achieve your goals even if it kills you, and that's fine because if your will is strong, you won't die even if they kill you!

Clergy and Temples[edit]

Spira's clergy are some of the most... unconventional clerics ever. Gone are temples, gone are fancy robes and ceremony. To worship Spira one must simply live his ideals, and so clerics of Spira are often like Spira himself; loud, dramatic, and heroes.

Pantheon[edit]

Spira is a member of Haven's pantheon.
