Combine bardic abilities with invocations. 4 Bardic Music Invocations Full
|“||My song will be the last thing you hear!||”|
|—Mivina, Elf Tenebrous Musician|
Tenebrous Musician combine invoking and bardic abilities, drawing from their eldritch power to greatly empower their music. Tenebrous musicians usually come from the ranks of bards and warlocks, although some other classes can manage to get into the prestige class as well. Using their skills, tenebrous musicians either make good buffers and debuffers, good blasters, or excellent jacks of all trades.

Class Skills (6 + Int modifier per level)
All of the following are class features of the Tenebrous Musician.
Spellcasting: At each level, you gain new spells per day and an increase in caster level (and spells known, if applicable) as if you had also gained a level in the bard class. You do not, however, gain any other benefit a character of that class would have gained.
Invocations: When a new Tenebrous Musician level is gained, the character gains new invocations (including access to higher invocation lists known) and increased eldritch blast damage and caster level as if he had also gained a level in whatever invoking class he was in before he added the prestige class level. He does not, however, gain any other benefit a character of that class would have gained. A character with more than one invoking class must decide to which class he adds each level of Tenebrous Musician for the purposes of determining increased benefits.
Bardic Music (Su): Levels in tenebrous musician stack with bard's to determine the number of bardic music uses per day, which bardic music you can use, and one's bard level for determining the effects of certain bardic music abilities.
Bloodline: Levels in tenebrous musician stack with bloodline warlock's for the purpose of gaining new bloodlines, determining the potency of bloodline powers, and gaining new ascension abilities. If you did not previously have a bloodline when taking levels in this prestige class, you do not gain this ability.
Eldritch Melody (Su): Once per round, a tenebrous musician is capable of casting an invocation and concentrating on her bardic music at the same time as a standard action. She may not use eldritch blast when she uses eldritch melody.
At 5th level, the tenebrous musician can use her eldritch melody as a swift action.
Demon's Song (Sp): A 2nd level tenebrous musician gains the unique demon's song invocation. When used, this invocation causes all fascinated creatures within 60 feet to make a Will save; on a failed save, the creature becomes charmed for as long as they remain fascinated. While in this state, the affected creatures will follow you for as long as you maintain bardic music, allowing you to guide them as long as you don't bring them into obvious dangers (or anything that would break fascination).
Subtle Invocation: At 2nd level, when the tenebrous musician uses eldritch melody, she may have the invocation mingle seamlessly into her performance. It cannot be identified with spellcraft. If the invocation is obviously magical, its effect is still visible, but it appears to be a magical effect of the performance.
Musical Echolocation (Sp): A 4th level tenebrous musician gains the unique musical echolocation invocation. This invocation grants the tenebrous musician blindsense when she maintains her basic music, out to the range of the bardic music (see each music for its range). If there is no listed range on the music, her blindsense extends to 60 feet.
Song of Obliteration (Su): At 6th level, a tenebrous musician gains an unique bardic music, the Song of Obliteration. When the tenebrous musician begins playing and each turn she main her performance, all creatures within 60 feet lose one hit point per hit dice they have at the start of their turn and become sickened. All unattended objects lose 1 point of hardness each round and are destroyed when they reach 0. The tenebrous musician may exclude certain creatures and objects from this effect as a free action.
Echoing Blast (Sp): A 7th level tenebrous musician gains the unique echoing blast invocation. This invocation is an eldritch shape . It makes your elritch blast into a 60 feet cone; however, unlike a normal cone, it will attempt to fill all available space. Every square that it is prevented from occupying because of a wall or similar obstruction is added to the other side of the effect's area.
Eldritch Virtuoso: At 8th level, the tenebrous musician stacks her warlock level (and any other class that advance her warlock's invoking) and her bard level for the to determine the number of bardic music uses per day, which bardic music you can use, and one's bard level for determining the effects of certain bardic music abilities.
Forever as Song (Su): At 8th level, a tenebrous musician becomes immortal; she ceases to age and loses any accrued aging penalties as she return to her youth. Additionally, if she is killed, she is automatically raised as a geist 1 hour later, becoming a ghost of pure melody. She may exist in this state for 1 day per character level; if she ever enters a silence field as a Geist, she is suppressed as if she entered an antimagic field. If she can successfully use her possession ability on a creature whose CR is lower than hers and inhabit its body for at least 24 hours, the creature dies and its body slowly morphs into the tenebrous musician's original body, essentially resurrecting her without any level loss. If the duration expires before she can return to life, she dies as normal.
