A static, faint buzzing diffused throughout the room. The guards never heard the halfling passing by.

Choose a point within close range or one subject. A static sound originates in an area of 60 feet (18 meters) from that point or subject, imposing a -4 to Concentration and Listen checks and giving a +4 bonus against sound-based effects and fear.

Anyone in the area doesn't suffer the effects of tinnitus.
