Act Fast [Fighter] Perceiving the beginning of the battle, you rush into action before your enemies.Prerequisites: Dex 13Benefit: You act before the first two characters that beat your initiative roll. If less than two creatures beat your initiative roll, you act first. If multiple creatures have Act Fast, change the initiative roll starting with whomever got the highest roll. You cannot pass initiative against a creature that has Act Fast.

Your initiative count becomes the same as the second creature you passed. If you passed only one creature, your initiative count becomes the initiative of the creature you passed +2. If you passed nobody, your initiative count increases by +4. Example: There are four creatures in battle, Bob, Tommy, Alice, and Jane. Bob and Jane both have Act Fast. They roll initiative. Bob rolls a 12. Tommy rolls a 17. Alice rolls a 19. Jane rolls a 16. Jane goes first, followed by Bob, followed by Tommy, followed by Alice. The new initiative counts become: Jane 19, Bob 19, Alice 19, Tommy 17.Special: This is a fighter bonus feat. This feat counts as Improved Initiative for the purposes of prerequisites.
