Dagger Finesse [Fighter]
Experts of guerrila fighting and tavern brawls employ this technique to benefit of their dexterity at full potential.Prerequisites: BAB +1, Sleight of Hand 4 ranks, Weapon Focus (dagger/dagger-like weapon)Benefit: You gain the effects of Weapon Finesse for daggers only (or one dagger-like, simple or exotic, light weapon) and you may add your Dexterity modifier to damage dealt with this weapon, instead of Strength.
Daggers you wield also deal 2 extra points of damage to targets which are denied their Dexterity to AC, or are flanked. This effect applies even against targets which are immune to Sneak Attack. Example: You may decide, for example, to apply this feat to another kind of weapon, given that it meets the aforementioned requisites, that is dagger-like (slashing and/or piercing light weapon) and, eventually, your DM's approval.Normal: You use Strength to determine bonus on attacks and damage with melee weapons.Special: A fighter may choose this feat as one of its bonus feats.
This feat counts as Weapon Finesse for any purpose.
