Low - Dry Cleaning [Racial] Prerequisites: Plushie subtype, Soggy When Wet abilityBenefit: When wet, you can dry yourself by focusing for 1 round. You can also use the cleaning form of prestidigitation on yourself and your equipment at will.
While you cannot dry yourself underwater you suffer fewer penalties than normal. Your speed is not reduced for the purpose of calculating how far you can swim with a swim check, and any swim speeds are unaffected.
