With all these magic item slots, now you can wear belts and zippers just like your favorite poorly dressed Final Fantasy character!Prerequisites: Greater Spell Penetration, Spell PenetrationBenefit: You get a +4 bonus on caster level checks to beat a creature’s spell resistance. This stacks with the bonuses from Spell Penetration and Greater Spell Penetration.
In addition whenever you fail to bypass spell resistance, your spells have a 20% chance of bypassing anyway.
