With a bubbling noise and a dull pink glow, the area blooms with new life.
You cause normal plants in the area to flourish, with sickly or wilted plants becoming healthy and healthy plants growing at twice is normal rate for 24 hours. It also has the danger of producing disease; there is a 5% chance the area becomes infected with a random disease on the surface though it is usually not a problem unless you lick or otherwise come into close contact with the surface. It will spread or die on its own. Some surfaces may be more or less prone to producing or maintaining disease.
Swarms become invigorated, healing 1d4 hp/level. If a material component of a bit of fungus, seeds, or a bit of vine is used you can choose to cover affected surfaces with adequate handholds and footholds provided the plants have a place to root in.
Fertilize counters sterilize. This spell has no effect on plant creatures.
