Highest Initiative [Fighter]
You match your opponent move for move.Benefit: Your normal initiative is +0 no matter your Dexterity score. When initiative is rolled, your base initiative matches the highest base initiative of your opponents. You must still roll a d20, but it adds their initiative instead of yours.
Example: The nimble enemy assassin attacks. He rolls for initiative and gets 23 (+7). You roll 1d20+7, and roll a 10 (for 17).Special: This counts as Improved Initiative for pre-requisites.
