Human Proficiency [Racial]
Humanity has always been tool users, and you can get used to even the oddest tools given time.Prerequisites: HumanBenefit: You gain 3 floating proficiency feats which you can change and assign at will. Gaining a new proficiency feat takes 24 hours of practice with the item in question to become proficient. You can rush practice down to 15 minutes, but take a -2 penalty on attack rolls for weapons, or -AC for armor (minimum 0).
