Inquisitor [Psionic, Skill]
You are an adept at reading the thoughts of those around you, learning the truth and generally snooping around in the brain of people.
Benefits: This is a skill feat that scales with your ranks in Sense Motive.
- 0 ranks: As part of a Sense Motive check you may expand your psionic focus, if you do you gain a +10 bonus on your sense motive check and ignore any bonus to bluff granted by spells or powers (such as conceal thoughts or glibness) or similar abilities.
- 4 ranks: While psionically focused, you are constantly under the effect of detect hostile intent, except that it has a radius of 10 feet. You may suppress or resume this ability as a free action.
- 9 ranks: You can manifest read thoughts as a psi-like ability at will.
- 14 ranks: Whenever you succeed a Sense Motive checks while reading the mind of the bluffing target you automatically learn the truth to the best of the creature's knowledge as it own thoughts betray it.
- 19 ranks: You passively read the mind of all creatures around you, placing you under the constant effect of foresight, but only against creatures with an Intelligence score.
