Inversion Scope

Level: Cleric 5, Druid 4, Gun 5, Ranger 3, Sorcerer/Wizard 5
Components: V, S
Casting time: 1 standard action
Range: Medium (100 ft. + 10 ft./level)
Targets: One creature/level, no two of which can be more than 30 ft. apart
Duration: 1 minute/level (D)
Saving Throw: Will negates
Spell Resistance: Yes

Too many snipers.

Targets have their range increments reversed. The first range increment has the most range penalties, while they have no range penalties at their maximum distance. This can be used to transform allies into expert snipers or curse opponents to be terrible close up.
