Telepathic Collective [Psionic, Skill] You have powerful telepathic abilities which you use to organize people and do networking. Benefits: This is a skill feat that scales with your ranks in Psicraft.

• 0 ranks: You gain telepathy out of 10 ft. The range of your telepathy increase by 10 ft per character level past 1st. If you possess telepathy as a result of your race, class or template use whichever is better and increase it by half the range of the other.
• 4 ranks: You can create a network which functions much like the mindlink as a full-round action, it can contain up to one creature per point of Charisma bonus you have. The creatures within your network essentially share a single mindlink.
• 9 ranks: You can sense any creature within the range of your telepathy. You detect the presence and absence of creature and you may know their general direction but not their exact square. If you are under the effect of detect hostile intent its range extends to your telepathy and allow you to pinpoint creatures.
• 14 ranks: You may use manifest powers on members of your network as if you were touching them. You do not need line of sight or line of effect when using powers this way.
• 19 ranks: You may include hostile creatures into your network as a standard action. The creatures are allowed a Will save (DC is Charisma-based) to resist the effect. If they fail they are forcefully included in the network and must attempt to leave a standard action, allowing a second will save.
