Walking Winter [Monstrous, Weather] You constantly bring hail, snow and cold winds. You don't get invited to beach parties.Prerequisites: [Cold] subtype, or Knowledge Nature 6 ranks and Aquan or Auran language knownBenefit: The weather is always two stages colder within a 100' radius of you (doubled at 10 HD and increased to 500' at 20 HD). Everyone in the area gains a +4 bonus to Saving Throws against [Fire] attacks, and all [Cold] damage in the area deal an additional 1d6 damage. Hail or snow falls from the sky, dealing 1 point of bludgeoning or cold damage each round (your choice), though endure elements against cold, unusually warm clothing, +2 natural armor or greater, or any obstruction above like an umbrella negates this damage. Special: If using Pokemon d20, the pre-requisite is "Ice Pokemon Traits". In Contests, [Ice] moves gain +2. If multiple [Weather] feats "collide", use the one belonging to the creature with more hit dice. If equal, they cancel each other out. The exception is Clear Sky, which always overrules the others.
