Abyssalcry Magic [Spellcasting]
Prerequisite: Ability to cast spells, ability to speak abyssal
Benefits: This is a spellcasting feat that scales with the highest-level spell slot you have.
- 1: If you speak abyssal while casting a spell, you add +1 to the CD of Chaotic, Evil and Fear spells, or spells that involve demons or imitate their powers.
- 4: By speaking abyssal and increasing the casting time by one step, you can add the Evil descriptor to the spell you are casting, but not if it's a Good spell.
- 6: Speaking abyssal while casting a Fear spell doubles the penalties it applies and the duration of the effect.
- 8: If you cast a conjuration spell which calls or summons a demon, adding abyssal as a vocal component you empower the creature giving it temporary hit points equal to your caster level and +4 to Strength and Dexterity. Doing so makes you suffer one point of damage per spell level, which can't be reduced or negated by any means.
