Backup System [Racial] Remember to save your work often!Prerequisites: Construct TypeBenefit: The bonus granted by this feat is based on hit dice.

• 1 HD: You can be revived by spells and effects as if you were a living creature. If you already are able to be revived, you do not suffer from any negative levels or Con loss for being revived.
• 4 HD: You gain a "black box" which you can store somewhere. As long as you are on the same plane as the black box it records your memories. By touching your black box for 1 minute you can reverse any memory loss. Your black box has hardness 20 and 40 hp. If it is destroyed, you lose the abilities granted by rank 1 and beyond from this feat until a new one is created. Creating a new black box is 200 gp/level (the first is free).
• 8 HD: By touching your black box for 1 minute, you can duplicate the effect of reboot as you are restored to factory settings. In addition revival costs are given a 50% discount due to the ease of reviving you, so long as the one raising you has access to your black box.
• 12 HD: If you die but your body is intact, others can touch the black box to your corpse for 4 hours. Afterwards, you are revived as per raise dead.
• 16 HD: Your black box will automatically produce the effect of a clone spell for free, though it takes 1 week for another clone to be produced. If you die during this time, you are not revived via clone.
