Reloading Finesse [Fighter]
You are able to reload small ranged weapons even while holding something in both hands.Prerequisites: Two-Weapon Fighting or Weapon Focus (any light or one-handed ranged weapon)Benefit: You do not need a free hand to reload a one-handed or light ranged weapon.
Normal: You must have a free hand to reload a ranged weapon.Special: The Races of War feat Two-Weapon Fighting can be used to meet the requrements of this feat.
