Requirements: Must already have Impoved Ki Volley invocation.
A user may now use Impoved Ki Volley in conjunction with the Flurry of Blows ability, and may also target a separate opponent for each attack roll made, taking no penalty to their attack rolls for targeting as many different opponents as they would like, even interchangeably. They may also still fire all ki volleys at the same target.
