This long cloak snaps around the neck and automatically adjusts so that it hangs down to the wearer’s calves. The outside of the cloak is a black velvet which is not only soft, but slightly warm to the touch, and the inside a cream tan color. The warmth given off does not provide any protection against harsh cold. This cloak grants a +20 competence bonus on Bluff checks. This bonus does not apply to feinting in combat, creating a diversion to hide, or communicating a hidden message via Innuendo. When in a zone of truth, the caster must suceed on a caster level check (1d20 + caster level) against DC 35. Failure means the divination does not detect your lies, nor does it force you to speak only the truth.
Prerequisites: Craft Wondrous Item, Glibness.
