This spell summons an extraplanar Wyvern, it appears where you designate and acts immediately on your turn. It attacks your opponents to the best of its ability. If you can communicate with the Wyvern (who only speaks draconic), you can direct it to not attack, to attack particular enemies, or to preform other actions.
A summoned Wyvern may not under any circumstances summon or otherwise conjure any other creature, nor can it use, or make use of; any teleportation or planar or extra-planar travel abilities (its own, or otherwise). The Wyvern cannot be summoned into an enviroment that cannot support it (such as into an underwater environment where it cannot breath). The Wyvern has 7 hit dice minimum, and as the caster levels up, it can have as many hit dice as the casters hit dice -3, upto a maximum of a 20 hit dice Wyvern, the caster chooses how powerful of a Wyvern to summon when casting this spell.
Material Component: A candle (not nessesarily lit, and size is unimportant), and the scale of any draconic or reptilian creature.
