Saiyan Warrior Least; 1st |
A Saiyan Warrior who already has the improved ki volley ability may choose when making a beam attack to instead of delivering the attack from their hands they may learn to fire the beam instead from either their eyes or their mouth. Doing an attack in this way costs an additional 2 ki points and makes the Saiyan Warrior take a -2 penalty on the attack roll, however, doing this allows the Saiyan Warrior to catch the opponent off guard and his target is considered flat footed. This also allows him to still deliver beam attacks at their full potential even when he is bound, helpless, with a broken arm or if they have severed arm(s).
